uper excited about our latest staging project - an adorable 1929 California Spanish home that just “spoke” to us! It’s at 2809 North Coolidge Ave. in the Elysian Park neighborhood of L.A., right next to Atwater and Silverlake. Open House is Sunday, July 24, from 1-4 pm. Our staging skills were put to the test with the mix of traditional and modern pieces we brought into the space. Architectural features like coved ceilings, arched doorways and a vintage-tiled fireplace proved a charming inspiration. Starting with the Chesterfield-inspired sofa in a warm wheat color, we picked up green accents in the tile to cloak the living room in soft greens, natural tones and textures. We think it came together into a fully realized vintage-meets-modern kind of way. Hope you agree.
